Steel and Alloy Steel Castings
) Stainless Steel Casting: A wide range of steels containing chromium and nickel, exhibiting high resistance to corrosion.
b) Tool Investment Casting: Any high-carbon or alloy steel used to make a cutting tool for machining metals and for metal casting dies.
c) Carbon Steel Casting: Steel that owes its properties chiefly to the presence of carbon, without substantial amounts of alloying elements (ordinary steel, straight carbon steel, plain carbon steel).
d) Girth Gears : The girth gear has been preferred over the gearless drives due to their lower initial cost, simplicity to install, operate and maintain. In the past few years girth gears have gone through enormous improvements.
They have high efficiency and the overall life of these gears depends upon proper lubrication and alignment. They are high quality, high precision casting component. The capital cost of girth gears is lower than others and they take less time to install. They are physically big and due to this they are unable to store for longer periods of time.
Aluminum gravity casting and sand casting process
Aluminum gravity casting and sand casting process is always used for heavy part with big wall thickness and very strong mechanical property after T6 heat treatment. Its also better to avoid porosity inside casting after secondary machining. Gravity casting part is nice looking with better surface than sand casting, but sand casting is more flexibility even it is very complicated shape. 356 T6 is the most common raw material.

Lost wax casting applied in steel casting industry
China Investment Casting Foundry was developed from a small machining factory set up at 1993 when we only had several simple versatile lathes and milling machines. Along with the booming of precision casting industry in Ningbo area, we took advantage of the opportunity to expand our business to the upstream industries. Currently we have our own silica sol factory and investment casting foundry. All of our molding materials are supplied by our own silica sol factory. Proudly speaking, Cinda molding material is quite popular around Ningbo area. Furthermore, our own investment casting foundry is equipped with two production lines of lost wax casting; our in house machining workshop has advanced CNC turning lathes, milling machines and machining centers. investment casting foundry now has the capacity of producing 2000tons steel casting with precision machining annually.

JBcasting reported that American consumers are continuing to hunker down, casting a cloud over the durability of the U.S. recovery and underscoring the importance of overseas demand in restoring the world economy to health.
